Returns & Refunds


At Artistic Creation (operating as "The GenZ Stash"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Custom-Printed Orders

Because custom badges are manufactured completely from scratch using your personal uploaded artwork, all custom sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or "change of mind" refunds for customized orders. Please double-check your designs and image cropping before placing your order.

If your custom order arrives damaged or features a clear manufacturing defect, please see the "Damages and Issues" section below.


2. Standard (Pre-Designed) Orders

For our standard, pre-designed badges, we have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unused, unpinned, and in its original packaging.


3. Damages and Issues

We pride ourselves on premium quality, but occasionally things happen in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at thegenzstash@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged/defective product. We will evaluate the issue and immediately arrange for a replacement or refund.


4. How to Start a Return

To start a return for an eligible item, please contact us at thegenzstash@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for standard "change of mind" returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
