1. Overview

This website is operated by Artistic Creation (also operating under the brand name "The GenZ Stash"). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Artistic Creation. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).


2. User-Uploaded Content & Copyright (Custom Orders)

When you use our custom badge upload feature, you are solely responsible for the content, images, logos, and text you submit.

By uploading an image, you warrant and guarantee that:

  • You own the rights to the image, or you have obtained explicit, documented permission from the copyright owner to reproduce it.

  • The image does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.

Indemnification: Artistic Creation is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements caused by user-uploaded designs. By ordering a custom product, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artistic Creation from any legal claims, damages, or costs resulting from the unauthorized reproduction of your uploaded artwork.


3. Content Restrictions

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review uploaded designs and refuse production. We will cancel and refund orders that include:

  • Hate speech, discriminatory imagery, or inciting violence.

  • Explicit, obscene, or highly inappropriate content.

  • Obviously trademarked material belonging to massive global corporations (where we assess the risk as too high to print).


4. Products and Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the store. However, because computer monitors and phone screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate to the final printed badge.


5. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing phone number provided at the time the order was made.


6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
